Dear ACB Customers and Stakeholders,Antigua Commercial Bank, has been rebranded to ACB Caribbean as of March 22nd, 2021. The new Visual Identity of our organisation embraces our strategic direction as a company.
Additionally, we are proud to advise that ACB Caribbean has acquired the operations of Royal Bank of Canada in Antigua & Barbuda and in Grenada, thus expanding out of Antigua & Barbuda where it has operated successfully for 65 years. Day one of operations for ACB Caribbean will be Tuesday April 6th 2021 in both territories.
We look forward to welcoming our new customers and employees in Antigua & Barbuda and Grenada to the ACB Caribbean family, and encourage our legacy ACB customers and other stakeholders to celebrate this accomplishment with us.
All customers will be provided with excellent customer care throughout this seamless and uninterrupted transition, which will be completed in approximately 12 months. Former RBC and legacy ACB Customers are advised that they should continue to use their home branch locations until further notice.

Who is ACB Caribbean?
ACB was founded in 1955 in Antigua & Barbuda, and is Antigua Commercial Bank Ltd, trading as ACB Caribbean. ACB Caribbean has served the public in Antigua & Barbuda for 65 years, and has established a solid foundation in Antigua & Barbuda. The Visual Identity of the brand was refreshed in March 2021, to keep it aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
The Bank has an asset base of over 1 billion XCD and It is the largest indigenous bank in Antigua & Barbuda. As of April 1st 2021, ACB Caribbean acquired the assets of RBC in Antigua & Barbuda and majority shareholding of RBTT Grenada.
Can I bank at any ACB Caribbean location in Antigua & Barbuda?
For the first 12 months, your financial services will be offered at your home branch only. This period is called the transition phase, and we will be working diligently to integrate our new customers onto our systems. Until that process is complete, it is business as usual for all customers (RBC & ACB legacy) for in branch services. Our location in Barbuda remains as ATM services only at this time.
We endeavor to keep you informed through our usual communications channels – Facebook, Instagram, gd.acbonline.com and the mainstream media.
RBC customers will continue to have access to their previous services and have full access to the following ACB Caribbean services:
• General Banking including wire transfers and merchant services
• Accounts including chequing and savings accounts
• Loans including mortgages and term loans
• Mortgage and Trust Services including safety deposit boxes and property management.
Will banking hours remain the same?
ACB Caribbean locations in Antigua will operate from 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday. Customers can call or email customer service to make appointments after closing hours for non cash transactions. Will there be any changes to my services?
Our suite of products are not expected to change immediately but over time, we intend to enhance them by adopting best practices as necessary.During the 12 months of transition, there will be some changes to how you access your services; we will keep you updated as changes are introduced. As of April 6th, 2021 please take note of the following important information:
ATM CARDS
New customers (former RBC) will only be able to use their existing cards at the High & Market Street Branches and at the Heritage Quay location until further notice. We understand this is not ideal, however we are working diligently on our transition to allow you to access our network of ATM’s across Antigua & Barbuda. We will keep you updated as this situation progresses.
For legacy ACB Caribbean Customers, please continue to use the following ACB Caribbean ATM locations:

NEW ACCOUNTS
All new accounts will be opened on our ACB Caribbean system, and an ACB Smart Debit Card (International Debit Card) will be issued within ten (10) business days for your convenience and to access electronic banking.
WIRE TRANSFERS:
Customers can submit their wire transfer requests through our website portal for processing.
